1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order

  • Full refund will be processed if order hasn't been shipped

After Shipment:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
  • You may refuse delivery or initiate a return after receiving

2. Return Policy

Eligibility:

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Product must be in original condition

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Innerwear and lingerie
  • Swimwear
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Products with removed tags

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in to your account at store.kanchana.store
  2. Go to "My Orders" section
  3. Select the order and click "Return"
  4. Choose the item(s) and reason for return
  5. Submit the return request
  6. Our team will review and approve within 24-48 hours

4. Refund Process

Refund Timeline:

  • Refund initiated within 2-3 business days of receiving returned item
  • Amount credited within 5-7 business days
  • Bank processing may take additional 3-5 days

Refund Methods:

  • Online Payments: Refunded to original payment method
  • COD Orders: Refunded via bank transfer (provide bank details)

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges available for size or color within 7 days
  • Subject to stock availability
  • Price difference (if any) will be adjusted

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos
