1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes within India. Enter your pin code at checkout to verify delivery availability.

4. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
- Orders placed after 5 PM are processed the next business day
- Orders on weekends/holidays are processed on the next working day
5. Order Tracking
- Tracking details sent via email and SMS after shipment
- Track your order in "My Orders" section
- Use the tracking number on carrier website
6. Delivery Partners
We partner with reputed courier services including:
- DTDC
- Delhivery
- Blue Dart
- India Post (for remote areas)
7. Delivery Attempts
- Courier will attempt delivery 2-3 times
- Ensure someone is available to receive the package
- Failed deliveries may be returned to us
8. Undelivered Orders
Orders may be returned if:
- Incorrect address provided
- Recipient unavailable after multiple attempts
- Delivery refused by recipient
- Pin code unserviceable
9. Damaged Shipments
- Inspect package upon delivery
- Report damage within 48 hours with photos
- Do not accept visibly damaged packages
